style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Circuit Course<\/span> is composed of \u00a014 exercise stations arranged in an elliptical shape around a central instructors<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mma-tx.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/circuit.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-358\" title=\"circuit\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mma-tx.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/circuit-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"circuit course\"width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mma-tx.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/circuit-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mma-tx.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/circuit.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ntable.\u00a0 The entire course measures approximately 100 feet long by 50 feet wide.\u00a0 The stations include Bends and Thrusts, Step Ups, Leg Lifts, Back Extension, Crunches, Dips, Pullups, Side Straddle Hops, Military Press, Pushups, Military Curls, Flutter Kicks, Situps and Hanging Leg Lifts.\u00a0 Participants start with a group on each station and upon a whistle blow by the instructor will conduct the exercise fora\u00a0 specific period of time (20-30 seconds) until a second whistle is blown.\u00a0 At this time they will quickly move to the next station and await the whistle to begin the next exercise.\u00a0 This will repeat until they have completed the entire <b>circuit course<\/b>.\u00a0 They will then form up on the road and run one lap.\u00a0 Participants are then given a short rest to drink water and recover.\u00a0 They will then get back on the <i>circuit course<\/i> and repeat the process a second time.<\/p>\n<p>Although the above description may sound difficult and not what would be considered fun, the circuit course is one of the highest rated courses by Summer Campers!<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\"
