MMA holds Pearl Harbor Parade

Marine Military Academy held the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor Parade Dec. 7. A strong crowd turned out to  remember the 2,403 non-combatant Americans who were killed Dec. 7, 1941.

H. William “Bill” Card III, Class of 1970, was the parade reviewing officer. Mr. Card’s father, Col William “Bill” Card Jr., survived the bombing of Pearl Harbor and then went on to fight at Iwo Jima.

Those who survived Pearl Harbor or had a relative at Pearl Harbor were asked to join Superintendent Col R. Glenn Hill during the parade pass in review.
