Brooks Reading Room

Brooks Reading Room

The Brooks Reading Room is a designated area in the library for pleasure reading. Comfortable red leather chairs, magnificent art work, and leather bound classic books reflect a tranquil atmosphere.

This room was dedicated in memory of Ambassador Oliver Newberry Brooks by his wife and children. Libraries were extremely meaningful to Ambassador Newberry; therefore, his family wanted all Cadets to experience this atmosphere.

Padilla Reference Room

The Padilla Reference Room is the home for our unique military collection which includes personal biographies, memoirs and the history of battles from wars past.

This room was dedicated in honor of Alvin G. and Mary F. Padilla by the Alvin G. Padilla Jr. family. Mr. And Mrs. Alvin Padilla believed that industry and education were keys to a better life.
