CyberPatriot

CyberPatriot is the premier national high school cyber defense competition created to inspire students toward careers in cyber security and other disciplines deemed critical to the United States’ future.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) course instruction is highlighted as an integral part of the competition.

The Competition

The cyber defense competition, which was pioneered by the Air Force Association in 2009, tests students’ abilities to detect and solve simulated network security vulnerabilities, as well as prevent against further intrusions. MMA is represented in the All Service Division, reserved for JROTC and CAP Units, along with 661 other national schools.
