School Supply List

The Academic Department has prepared a general list of school supplies. The following list includes items that will be used most often in most classes. Some teachers may require additional items (i.e. workbooks) that Cadets may purchase at the Campus Post-Exchange (PX) as needed.

Cadets should arrive to registration prepared for class with the following:

3      Three-ring binders (either 1" or 1/2")
1      2" three-ring binder
2      Pkgs loose-leaf notebook paper
3      Five subject notebook dividers
6      Pens (black or blue)
6      Highlighters - various colors
10    #2 pencils w/ pencil erasers
1      Ruler
1      Protractor
1      Scientific calculator (ex. TI-35)
1      Pocket dictionary
1      Pocket thesaurus
1      USB Thumb Drive (512mb or bigger)
1      Book Bag (Plain Black, Shoulder Strap, Back Pack-type)

For convenience, charge accounts are set up for Cadets at the stores on campus. If these items are purchased at the PX, they will cost approximately $88-100. Cadets are authorized unlimited charging privileges during the first month to cover the cost of necessary school supplies. You will lower the first month's charges significantly if your son arrives partially or fully supplied with toiletry items and basic school supplies. Charges are billed to you monthly.
